A ppointments The practice operates a comprehensive, urgent on the day appointments, telephone appointments . We also ensure that patients who are unable to get an appointment on the day to see a GP the GP will call you this is referred to as a Triage system.

Out of Hours If you require an emergency call outside the surgery opening times, please telephone either Deerness Park or Bunny Hill Primary Care Centre, where you will be given a pre-recorded message on how to contact the doctor on call.

Patient Participation Group [PPG]
Your PPG comprises of a group of volunteer patients that are members of the Practice, just like yourselves, meeting together, monthly or quarterly , with the Practice Manager. Our particular interest is the service the Practice offers and how these could be improved and made more accessible to the practice population. This also ensures that we as a patient group help improve the local community’s health and make sure the patients experience is as good as it can be. Equally, a good patient group ensures the practice remains accountable and responsive to all of its patients needs.
The Patient Group still require representatives from the younger section as well as Ethnic minority groups
